("Sangdun New Energy"), applying for bankruptcy restructuring by its creditors. The Intermediate People's Court of Xiangtan City, Hunan Province issued Civil Ruling No. (2024) Xiang 03 Bo Shen 3, accepting the bankruptcy restructuring application of Sangdun New Energy by Yuyao Haitai Trading Co., Ltd. and appointing Hunan Hongyi Law Firm and Beijing Deheng (Changsha) Law Firm as joint managers of Sangdun New Energy. Creditors are required to declare their claims to the managers of Sangdun New Energy by October 28, 2024.
