GBA DYNAMIC (01189) announces that the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors have received a letter dated August 12, 2024 from Cheng Ching (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (Cheng Ching), regarding their resignation as the Group's auditors, effective from August 12, 2024. The decision was made by Cheng Ching after considering various factors, including professional audit risks, especially regarding the Group's going concern. Despite attempts to resolve the matter, Cheng Ching noted that the outstanding audit fees for 2022 remain unpaid. Additionally, trading of the company's shares remains suspended.
