GBA DYNAMIC (01189): Liu Yulan resigns as an independent non-executive director.

GBA DYNAMIC(01189) announced that Liu Yulan has submitted her resignation letter to the board as she wishes to dedicate more time to other business arrangements. She will resign as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as the chairs of the board audit committee and nomination committee; and as a member of the remuneration committee and corporate governance committee, effective from September 20, 2024.
