BEISEN HOLDING (09669) has appointed current member and independent non-executive director Mr. Du Kui as the new chairman of the Nomination Committee.

BEISEN HOLDING (09669) announced that, in order to strengthen the corporate governance and independence of the Nomination Committee, Mr. Wang Chaohui, Chairman and Executive Director of the Board, has resigned from the position of Nomination Committee Chairman, but will continue to serve as a member of the Nomination Committee. The Board has appointed Mr. Du Kui, current member of the Nomination Committee and Independent Non-Executive Director, as the new Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective from September 20, 2024.
