Xi'an ChenXi Aviation Technology Corp., Ltd. (300581.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder Xi'an TIME INTERCON Co., Ltd.'s concerted actioner, Nanjing HuanYuXingKong Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "HuanYuXingKong"), plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 1% of the total share capital through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement; and reduce the company's shares by no more than 0.28% of the total share capital through block trading.
