WINFULL GP (00183) announced that it is expected to report a loss attributable to owners of the company of approximately HK$220 million to HK$250 million for the year ended June 30, 2024, compared to a loss of approximately HK$69 million for the same period in 2023. The announcement stated that the increase in loss was mainly due to a fair value loss on investment properties, a decrease in profit on disposal of investment properties, and a significant increase in impairment losses on leased properties.
