Mr. Fu Lin has resigned from his position as CFO due to a job adjustment, with his original term of office scheduled to end at the completion of the sixth board of directors meeting. After his resignation, Mr. Fu Lin will continue to serve as Vice General Manager and Board Secretary of the company. Upon nomination by the company's General Manager Mr. Song Hainong, and review by the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee of the sixth board of directors, the board of directors has agreed to appoint Mr. Yuan Xianfeng as the new Chief Financial Officer, with his term of office starting from the date of approval by the board and ending at the completion of the sixth board of directors' term.
