KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869) announces that Astra Law Firm has resigned as the legal process agent for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance Chapter 622 in Hong Kong, effective from September 19, 2024. The board is pleased to announce that Mr. Liu Junlang has been appointed as the new legal process agent, effective from September 20, 2024.
