Beijing SOJO Electric (300444.SZ) announced that on September 19, 2024, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Zhao Zhihong, and his concerted action parties Zhao Zhixing and Zhao Zhihao, signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Hangzhou Yingxin Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise ("Hangzhou Yingxin" or "Transferee"). Zhao Zhihong, Zhao Zhixing, and Zhao Zhihao intend to transfer 54 million shares of the company held by them to Hangzhou Yingxin through the agreement, accounting for 6.76% of the total share capital of the company; the transfer price is 4.941 yuan per share.
