Senton Energy (001331.SZ) subsidiary signs Memorandum of Understanding with Sinopec Fuel Oil Company.

Senton Energy (001331.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shengtong Singapore recently signed a memorandum of confirmation (referred to as "CM") with Sinopec Fuel Oil Company. Previously, Shengtong Singapore and Sinopec Fuel Oil Company had reached an agreement on the main business terms of LNG purchase and sale in June 2024. The signing of the CM this time means that the supply period will be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028, with a maximum purchase of 8 vessels and a total cargo volume not exceeding 29.6 million British Thermal Units (equivalent to approximately 570,000 tons) during the supply period.
