CBK HOLDINGS (08428) announced that, effective from September 16, 2024, Mr. Xu Yongde has resigned as an executive director of the company; Mr. Deng Zhuming has been appointed as an executive director of the company, as well as members of the nomination committee, remuneration committee, and legal compliance committee respectively; Mr. Wang Qingyun and Mr. Ding Junchen have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the company, as well as members of the audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee, and legal compliance committee respectively.
