DIFFER GP AUTO (06878) announcement: Effective from September 16, 2024: Mr. Wu Zhizhong has resigned from the following positions due to personal reasons: Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company; Chairman of the Board of Directors; Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Board; Member of the Remuneration Committee; and Authorized Representative of the Company under Listing Rule 3.05. In addition, Mr. Wu has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the company.
