XINYUAN PM(01895) subsidiary signs Zhengzhou Starlight Cinema Rental Service Agreement

XINYUAN PM (01895) announced that on September 20, 2024, Henan Yousheng (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary) entered into a leasing service agreement with Zhengzhou Xingkong for the Zhengzhou Xingkong Cinema. Under this agreement, Henan Yousheng will provide leasing services to Zhengzhou Xingkong for operating the cinema for a fixed period starting from September 20, 2024, and ending on September 19, 2027 (including the first and last day). The commercial property refers to a part of the third floor of Zhengzhou Xinyuan Xinduhui located at the southwest corner of Longhai Road and Qingfeng Street in Erqi District, Zhengzhou, with a total construction area of 1532.68 square meters.
