(002329.SZ) announced that its shareholder Orient Limited ("Orient"), holding a 5.72% stake in the company, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 26.0715 million shares through centralized bidding or bulk trading within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of this announcement (i.e. from October 16, 2024 to January 15, 2025), which is equivalent to no more than 3% of the company's total share capital.
