(603306.SH) announced that Mr. Zhang Chuquan, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares and serving as a director and general manager, plans to directly reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.6449 million shares, accounting for 1.42% of the total share capital of the company, due to his own capital needs. He also plans to indirectly reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.1499 million shares, accounting for 0.66% of the total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding or block trading offered by Dongyang Maosheng.
