On August 26, Zhejiang Central Control Information Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as Central Control Information) terminated its IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext board. This decision was made because Central Control Information and the sponsor withdrew their application for listing, in accordance with Article 62 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Review Rules (2024 Revision).
According to the prospectus, Central Control Information is a leading domestic provider of infrastructure smart services. The company's infrastructure smart business utilizes automation, the Internet of Things, AI algorithms, big data, cloud computing, and a series of self-developed software and hardware products such as the eCityOS infrastructure smart platform, industry smart platform and applications, and smart hardware equipment. These products are integrated into smart city system integration projects, providing smart solutions covering system integration, operation and maintenance services, technical services, and product sales for infrastructure in areas such as urban transportation, rail transportation, highway transportation, water environment, and smart buildings.
Central Control Information's infrastructure smart solutions can be divided into three stages: perception, control, and intelligent analysis. In the perception stage, the company integrates sensors and software systems to create a comprehensive perception network covering infrastructure, people, vehicles, environment, and buildings, converting various activities into networked data. In the control stage, the company uses digital twin platforms, IoT intelligent control platforms, and control systems to monitor and control infrastructure and activities effectively. In the intelligent analysis stage, the company integrates and analyzes information data to help customers achieve intelligent operations and decision support.
Since its establishment, Central Control Information has carried out projects in over 30 provinces in China and overseas, serving more than 3,300 customers in various infrastructure fields. According to Sullivan statistics, the company ranked in the top three in the non-energy infrastructure smart industry in 2023, and was a leader in areas such as urban transportation, highway transportation, rail transportation, water environment, and smart buildings.
Financially, Central Control Information achieved revenues of approximately 3.085 billion RMB, 3.325 billion RMB, and 3.185 billion RMB in 2021, 2022, and 2023, with net profits of approximately 150 million RMB, 159 million RMB, and 144 million RMB respectively for the same periods.
