HATCHER GROUP (08365) announced that Profitwise Financial Limited (a licensed corporation authorized under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry on Type 6 regulated activities - providing advice on corporate finance) has been appointed as independent financial advisor to provide advice to the independent board of directors on matters relating to the rights issue, underwriting agreement, whitewash waiver, subscription of convertible bonds, and any related transactions to ensure fairness and reasonableness, and to make recommendations on voting. The appointment has been approved by the independent board of directors in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
