Woodpecker Maintenance International Limited (hereinafter referred to as Woodpecker Home Maintenance) submitted its Hong Kong stock prospectus on January 29, 2024, which expired after 6 months on July 29. When submitting the prospectus, CICC and Zhongtai International acted as its joint sponsors.
According to the prospectus dated January 29, Woodpecker Home Maintenance is China's largest home maintenance platform (based on data from Zhuoshi Consulting as of the total transaction volume for the nine months ended September 30, 2023). The services provided on the company's platform cover more than 300 major categories of household appliances and home facilities, including appliance repair, appliance cleaning, appliance installation, plumbing maintenance, pipe dredging, lock replacement, waterproofing, wall renovation, kitchen and bathroom transformation, tile and floor repair, door and window maintenance, furniture repair, as well as electronic products (such as mobile phones and laptops) repair.
In terms of finances, the company's revenue for the fiscal years 2021, 2022, and the nine months ended September 30, 2023 were RMB 401 million, 595 million, and 735 million, respectively. During the same period, the company's net profit was approximately RMB 33.43 million, 6.204 million, and 102 million, respectively.
