Recently, BAIC New Energy once again became the focus of the market with impressive performance. In the first half of 2024, its sub-brand JiHu's sales volume increased significantly. At the same time, its performance in the capital market was also remarkable, with the stock price of BAIC BluePark New Energy Technology (600733.SH) increasing by 40% in the past month.
In the past two months, JiHu has maintained a high growth trend in sales. In May, JiHu sold 4,500 units, reaching a historical high and a year-on-year increase of 298%. In June, JiHu achieved another outstanding performance, with sales exceeding 8,000 units, a year-on-year growth of 314.77%, outperforming the market and providing strong support for the overall development of BAIC New Energy, continuing to expand its market share.
On June 15th, JiHu Alpha S5 was officially launched, with its dynamic appearance, spacious interior, extreme performance, intelligent and fun cockpit, extreme cleanliness and health advantages, as well as competitive prices, attracting wide attention in the market.

In recent years, BAIC New Energy has partnered with Magna to build world-class manufacturing facilities, using luxury car standards to create the JiHu series of vehicles, and has established a world-class testing and validation center for JiHu. In terms of automotive intelligence, BAIC New Energy and Huawei have deep cooperation, becoming the first automotive company to achieve a "HI+ Intelligent Selection" dual-mode cooperation. BAIC New Energy has also entered the list of the first batch of national intelligent connected vehicle access and on-road pilot consortium.

In expanding channels and services, BAIC New Energy plans to increase the scale of its marketing service network from 244 locations at the end of 2023 to 300 locations this year. By 2025, it is expected to cover over 100 cities and have more than 380 service points. In addition, BAIC New Energy plans to build around 300 supercharging stations, covering major cities in China, significantly enhancing its overall service capabilities.
