Syles: The full consideration for the purchase of 10% equity of EZView Intelligence held by Huawei has been paid.

Sailes Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sailes Automobile plans to purchase 10% of Shenwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. held by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. for a total of 11.5 billion RMB in cash. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the third payment precondition stipulated in the Equity Transfer Agreement has been met. Sailes Automobile has already paid Huawei 3.45 billion RMB as stipulated in the Equity Transfer Agreement, thus completing the full payment for this transaction.
