Guangyang Corporation announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Dongfang Fuhai Equity Investment Fund Management Enterprise, Huangshan City Urban Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Dongfang Fuhai Investment Management Co., Ltd. to establish Huangshan Jiantou Fuhai Guangyang Robot Industry Fund Partnership Enterprise. The total size of the fund is 300 million yuan, with the company contributing 150 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 50% of the total amount of committed capital by all partners. The fund's investment direction will focus on areas such as humanoid robots, embodied intelligent components, and low-altitude economy, as well as opportunities in related industries upstream and downstream.
