Anna announced on the evening of September 29th that the board of directors has recently received written resignation reports from Cao Zhang and Feng Xu. Due to work adjustments, Cao Zhang resigned from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, and after resigning, will continue to serve as the General Manager of Shenzhen Anna Brand Operations Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Feng Xu resigned from the positions of Vice Chairman of the Board and Vice General Manager, as well as the person in charge of finance. After resigning, he will continue to serve as the financial officer of the Anna brand. Cao Zhang's resignation will result in the number of members of the audit committee falling below 3, and Cao Zhang will continue to fulfill his duties until new directors are elected. Feng Xu's resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the company's board of directors. The board of directors approved the appointment of Yang Wentao as the company's General Manager, and the appointment of Song Huanyang as the company's financial officer. The terms of office for the above-mentioned personnel will be from the date of approval at this board meeting until the expiration of the term of the fourth board of directors.
