Fujian: Implementing subsidies for research and development expenses for enterprises, with a maximum annual subsidy of 6 million yuan per enterprise.

The General Office of the People's Government of Fujian Province issued the "Measures to Support Enterprises to Increase R&D Investment and Strengthen R&D Activities". It mentions the implementation of R&D expense subsidies for enterprises. For technology-based enterprises with annual R&D expenses exceeding 2 million yuan and achieving an increase of more than 1 million yuan compared to the previous year, a reward subsidy of 6% of the increase in annual R&D expenses compared to the previous year will be provided, with a maximum annual subsidy of 6 million yuan for a single enterprise. The provincial, municipal, and county levels will share the subsidy funds in an 8:1:1 ratio to promote eligible enterprises to enjoy the subsidy without application, and the Science and Technology Department of the province, in conjunction with relevant departments at the provincial level, will formulate detailed rules for the implementation of the subsidy. Conditional cities and counties are encouraged to provide additional subsidies on top of the above-mentioned subsidy ratio for enterprises' R&D investment.
