The announcement of DeFano Nano stated that the company's controlling subsidiary, DeFano Chuangyu, introduced a strategic investor, Shenzhen New Energy Storage Industry Synergistic Equity Fund Partnership Enterprise, through capital increase and expansion of shares. The amount of capital increase is 30 million yuan, subscribing to the new registered capital of DeFano Chuangyu of 130.67074 million yuan, and acquiring 1.347381% of equity after the completion of the transaction. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of DeFano Chuangyu will increase to 9698.128585 million yuan.
