Hubei Energy announced that the company has signed a "Deepening Cooperation Agreement" with the Xiangyang People's Government. During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the company plans to invest 26.7 billion yuan in Xiangyang City, including the construction of projects such as the Nanzhang Zhangjiapingshuo Energy Storage Power Station, the Yicheng Power Plant Phase II project, and the new energy base project with a capacity of one million kilowatts. The projects will optimize the power structure in Xiangyang, enhance energy security capabilities, and promote the high-quality development of the Xiangyang metropolitan area. The agreement is a framework document and will not have a significant impact on the company's financial condition and operating results in 2025.
