According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, on September 30th, a piece of land located in the Taiyanggong area of Chaoyang District, Beijing will enter the auction process with a starting price of 3.1 billion yuan. It is estimated that the initial residential floor price is about 71,000 yuan per square meter. According to statistics compiled by reporters, land supply in Beijing this year is accelerating. In Chaoyang District alone, 4 plots of land have been successfully sold through auctions from January to September 2025. In September, 2 key plots were released. In addition to the Taiyanggong plot that will be auctioned soon, the Hujialou Nanli plot was already sold earlier this month, reflecting a significant increase in activity in the regional land market.
