Minmetals Land (00230.HK): Prosperous Century Corporation and Fifth Plaza Company have signed a lease agreement.

Wisdom Financial News APP, China Minmetals Real Estate (00230.HK) announced that Shengshi Guangye (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and Fifth Avenue Corporation (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of China Minmetals) signed a lease agreement for the property and parking spaces on September 29, 2025. The purpose of the lease agreement is to renew the lease agreement between Shengshi Guangye (as the tenant) and Fifth Avenue Corporation (as the landlord) dated September 28, 2022, which will expire on September 30, 2025. According to the lease agreement, Shengshi Guangye agrees to lease the property (with a total floor area of 882.97 square meters) and the parking spaces from Fifth Avenue Corporation.
