On September 29th, the Shanghai Stock Exchange website disclosed a decision to issue a regulatory warning to Kang Yinglei, the then director of Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industrial Co., Ltd. It was found that on August 22, 2025, Kang Yinglei, the then director of Hongdu Aviation, purchased 20,000 shares of the company's stock through centralized competitive bidding in the secondary market, accounting for 0.0028% of the total share capital of the company. The transaction price was 41.57 yuan per share, with a total transaction amount of 831,400 yuan. On August 30, 2025, the company disclosed its semi-annual report for 2025. Kang Yinglei, as the then director of the company, violated the rules by purchasing company stocks within 15 days before the announcement of the semi-annual report, which constituted a violation of the regulated increase in holdings during the regular reporting window.
