The Zhitong Finance APP news, Modern Dairy (01117.HK) announced that Mr. Wen Yongping will be appointed as a non-executive director and chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee from October 1, 2025; Mr. Li Shengli and Mr. Li Gangwei will be appointed as members of the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Zhang Ping will no longer serve as chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee.
