According to the Zhixin Finance APP, Shenzhen Expressway Company Limited (00548) announced that on September 28, 2025, the company received a "Notice of Increase in Holdings of Shenzhen Expressway Shares" from China Merchants Expressway Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("China Merchants Expressway"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares. The notice informed that China Merchants Expressway increased its holdings of the company's H shares by 25,374,000 shares through centralized bidding from April 16, 2025 to September 26, 2025.
