Nanhua Futures' two wholly-owned subsidiaries have completed industrial and commercial changes and have renewed their licenses.

Recently, Zhejiang Nanhua Capital Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd., and Nanhua Fund Management Co., Ltd. have completed the industrial and commercial registration changes and obtained new "Business Licenses" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City and Dongyang City respectively. Zhejiang Nanhua Capital Management Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 100 million RMB, with Jia Xiaolong as the legal representative; Nanhua Fund Management Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 350 million RMB, with Zhu Jian as the legal representative. Both companies have already announced detailed information about the changes, including unified social credit codes, addresses, and business scopes.
