According to the official website of the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance, Wang Xinxian has been appointed as the director of the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance. Public information shows that Wang Xinxian, male, Han nationality, born in September 1971 in Honghu, Hubei, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He started working in August 1996 and has a master's degree in economics. Wang Xinxian has previously served as the deputy director and director of the Comprehensive Department of the Ministry of Finance, and since September 2015, he has held positions as the deputy director of the Budget Department and the deputy director of the Social Security Department of the Ministry of Finance, as well as the secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the Ministry of Finance. He has also served as a standing committee member of the Luan City Committee in Anhui province and as the deputy mayor.
