China Association of Automobile Manufacturers: The total value of automobile imports and exports in August was 25.81 billion U.S. dollars.

On September 29, according to the data compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the total import and export volume of automobile products in August 2025 reached 25.81 billion US dollars, an increase of 3.3% compared to the previous month and a decrease of 0.3% compared to the same period last year. Of this total, the import amount was 4.17 billion US dollars, a decrease of 7.4% compared to the previous month and a decrease of 38.4% compared to the same period last year; the export amount was 21.64 billion US dollars, an increase of 5.6% compared to the previous month and an increase of 13.2% compared to the same period last year.
