The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Jin Xinian as the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank. He will officially take office from the date when the regulatory agency approves his qualifications for the position of Chief Risk Officer. His term of office and remuneration will be in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Bank.
