From September 30th to October 4th, six subway lines in Shanghai will operate on extended hours.

From September 30th to October 4th, Shanghai Metro lines 1, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 will implement a delayed operation plan to increase nighttime capacity. From October 1st to October 6th, starting at 16:00 each day, Nanjing East Road Station on lines 2 and 10, as well as Yuyuan Station on line 14, will temporarily close. During this time, Yuyuan Station on line 10 will operate as normal. On October 7th and 8th, at the end of the long holiday, lines 1, 2, 10, and 17 will operate additional late-night designated shuttle buses, with the last train delayed until midnight the following day, in order to fully clear the returning passenger flow.
