The high-speed rail from Xiangyang to Jingmen is open.
On September 28th, the Xiangyang to Jingmen high-speed rail officially opened for operation. The Xiang-Jing high-speed rail is an important part of the "North-South Passage" of the "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed railway main channel in China, connecting to the Zhengzhou-Chongqing high-speed rail in the north and the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu high-speed rail in the south. The total length of the line is 116 kilometers, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. After the Xiang-Jing high-speed rail opened, a fast passenger rail loop called "Han-kou to Han-kou" was formed within Hubei Province, injecting new energy into facilitating the travel of people along the line and driving economic development in the surrounding areas.
