GAC Fiat Chrysler's core assets are about to begin their sixth auction.

On the evening of September 27, Guangzhou Automobile Group FCA announced an important notice regarding the asset disposal plan for the bankruptcy liquidation case. The key information includes two points: firstly, it is proposed to change the disposal of Guangzhou Automobile Group FCA's core assets from a package deal to two asset packages for public auction, one mainly consisting of land and buildings, and the other mainly consisting of production equipment. The specific boundaries of the assets will be determined and announced in the public auction notice. The starting price for the two asset packages shall not be lower than 80% of the fifth unsuccessful auction price of the previous overall assets. Over the past two years, although Guangzhou Automobile Group FCA's core assets have been auctioned as a package deal five times, there have been no registered automotive industry investors showing interest.
