Sanya upgrades to level II emergency response for flood and wind prevention.

The Sanya City Disaster Prevention, Reduction, Relief, and Safety Production Committee has issued a notice: The Sanya Meteorological Observatory issued a red alert for heavy rain at 20:31 on September 27th. According to the relevant provisions of the Sanya City Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Wind Control, and Drought Prevention, and the consultation and judgment, the committee has decided to upgrade the flood and wind control level III emergency response to level II emergency response at 21:00 on September 27th, 2025. All districts and units are requested to carry out various defense measures and emergency response work in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Sanya City Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Wind Control, and Drought Prevention and their respective responsibilities, and timely submit work information.
