According to the Ministry of Water Resources, on September 27th, the Ministry organized a flood prevention consultation, analyzed and judged the development trend and impact of Typhoon "Boloi", as well as the national rainfall situation, and arranged for the deployment of flood prevention work. Notices were issued to relevant provincial water departments and basin management agencies, requiring them to anchor the goals of "no casualties, no dam failures, no breaches in important embankments, and no impact on important infrastructure", establish a bottom line thinking and extreme thinking, and carefully implement various flood prevention and response measures for floods, and to ensure the safety of people's lives and property with full effort. First, do a good job in preventing floods caused by Typhoon "Boloi". Secondly, focus on the prevention of floods in small and medium-sized rivers and flash floods. Thirdly, ensure the safety of reservoirs and ongoing construction projects during the flood season. Fourthly, strengthen the defense against urban flooding and waterlogging.
