Our bureau immediately conducted an on-site investigation of the restaurant. After investigation, it was found that the restaurant had set different prices for the same dish without the knowledge of consumers. This behavior is suspected of violating the "Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Currently, the restaurant has been closed, and we have ordered it to rectify immediately. The restaurant has been filed according to law and listed as a key supervision target. This issue has exposed weak links in our daily supervision process. From now on, our bureau will continue to increase market supervision efforts and strictly investigate all kinds of illegal acts that violate consumer rights.
