The integrated maritime emergency joint exercise of Tianjin and Hebei was held in the Bohai Sea area.

On September 26, 2025, the "Peaceful Bohai Bay" Tianjin-Hebei Integrated Maritime Emergency Joint Exercise was held in the sea area at the border of Tianjin and Hebei in the Bohai Bay. The exercise was jointly organized by the maritime departments of Tianjin and Hebei Province, simulating a collision between a transportation ship carrying oil field piles and a shift passenger ship at sea. A total of 15 ships, 1 helicopter, and 2 drones participated in the exercise, with scenarios including personnel falling into the water, hull damage, fuel leaks, and the bow of a cargo ship catching fire.
