Yuan Quan has been appointed as the Secretary of the Ziyang Municipal Committee of Sichuan Province, Yuan Fang will no longer serve in this position.

The Sichuan Provincial Party Committee decided that Comrade Yuan Quan was appointed as a member, standing committee member, and secretary of the Ziyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China; Comrade Yuan Fang no longer holds the positions of secretary, standing committee member, and member of the Ziyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.
