Dai Xiaohui, former member of the Party group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, was expelled from the party.

According to the Jiangxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, through the approval of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, the Jiangxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has initiated an investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal issues of Dai Xiaohui, former party member and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jiujiang City. It was found that Dai Xiaohui, as a leading Party member and cadre, had lost his ideal faith, betrayed his original mission, violated the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulations, illegally used vehicles belonging to management and service objects, accepted banquets and travel arrangements that could potentially affect the impartial execution of official duties, and transferred expenses that should have been paid by himself to management and service objects; violated organizational principles, concealed personal relevant matters, and unfairly sought benefits for others in terms of work transfers; breached integrity by accepting gifts, engaging in profit-making activities; interfering and intervening in construction projects; using public powers for personal gain, seeking benefits for others in project contracting, engineering fund allocation, land transfer fee refund, etc., unlawfully accepting huge amounts of money and property. Dai Xiaohui seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, and work discipline, constituted serious violations of laws and regulations, and also suspected of bribery crimes. Furthermore, after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Dai Xiaohui did not restrain himself and continued his wrongdoing, with severe nature and detrimental impact, he should be seriously dealt with. In accordance with relevant regulations such as the "Disciplinary Regulations of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Administrative Penalties for Public Officials Law of the People's Republic of China," the standing committee of the Jiangxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection has decided, after discussion and approval from the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, to expel Dai Xiaohui from the Party; cancel any benefits he was receiving; confiscate his ill-gotten gains from disciplinary and legal violations; and transfer his suspected criminal activities to the procuratorial authorities for legal examination and prosecution, with the associated property also being confiscated.
