The international delivery brand Keeta under Meituan's umbrella has announced that its app will launch in the Dubai region at 11:00 local time today (approximately 15:00 Beijing time). Last December, Meituan announced that its unmanned drone overseas business Keeta Drone had obtained the first commercial operating license in the Dubai region and opened 4 routes mainly for food, medicine, and health products delivery starting from restaurants or pharmacies. Keeta just launched its operations in Kuwait on September 15. Meituan stated that it will continue to focus on the Middle East market with Keeta as the pivot, while actively exploring more overseas new markets.
