Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) subsidiary plans to acquire 50.5% equity stake in Hangzhou Binde Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Wisdom Financial News APP News, Yuexiu Real Estate (00123.HK) announced that on September 26, 2025, the buyer (an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Hangzhou Yuelong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.) entered into a cooperation agreement with the seller Hangzhou Binjiang Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. and the project company Hangzhou Binde Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., under which, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, the seller agreed to sell 50.5% equity of the project company to the buyer. Upon completion, the buyer and the seller will respectively hold 50.5% and 49.5% equity of the project company, and the proportion of shareholder loans provided by the buyer and the seller to the project company will be 50.5% and 49.5%, respectively.
