China Council for the Promotion of International Trade held a symposium on the work of the promotion system in Tibet in Lhasa.

From September 22nd to 25th, the Tibet Work Symposium of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the "Tibet Trip" activity for Chinese and foreign enterprises were successfully held. CCPIT President Rn Hngbn led a delegation to Lhasa and Nyingchi to attend the events. This was the first time that CCPIT has held such symposiums and activities in Tibet. During the visit, Rn Hngbn held discussions with the Party Secretary of the Tibet Autonomous Region, Wng Jnzhng, and jointly met with leaders of Chinese and foreign enterprises. The Deputy Party Secretary of the autonomous region and the Chairman, Gm Zdng, also attended. CCPIT and the Tibet Autonomous Region People's Government signed a memorandum of understanding to deepen cooperation. Rn Hngbn and the Vice Chairman of the autonomous region, Zho Png, attended the Tibet Work Symposium of the CCPIT system and delivered speeches. CCPIT and the Tibet Autonomous Region People's Government jointly held a government-enterprise dialogue and investment negotiation meeting, which Rn Hngbn and Zho Png attended and delivered speeches. More than 200 representatives from the CCPIT delegation, relevant departments of the Tibet Autonomous Region, local governments, and enterprises participated in the exchange. Enterprises and institutions accompanying the delegation signed cooperation agreements on-site and donated funds and materials to relevant grassroots units in Lhasa and Nyingchi. Rn Hngbn also led the delegation to conduct research in Nyingchi, held a working meeting with the Party Secretary, o Liqun, and visited relevant industrial parks and enterprises.
