According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange organized a conference for equity investment institutions in 2025, focusing on implementing the "1+6" policy measures of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board reform, enhancing the attractiveness and inclusiveness of the capital market, and conducting in-depth exchanges with 38 equity investment institutions and 12 sponsoring institutions face to face, fully listening to market demands, and responding to market concerns in a timely manner. While affirming the effectiveness of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board reform, the participating institutions also put forward many opinions and suggestions in supporting the IPO and M&A of hard technology companies, further enhancing the inclusiveness and stability of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, optimizing pricing mechanisms, promoting orderly participation of medium and long-term funds in the construction of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, jointly fostering technology companies, and enhancing information sharing and communication.
