Shanghai-Hong Kong joint venture (01001) plans to invest 32.5 million RMB in Skyline Holdings.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Shanghai-Hong Kong Union (01001) announced that, according to the written capital injection request issued by Skyline Holdings to Top Bloom (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and joint venture partners on September 26, 2025, Top Bloom and the joint venture partners must respectively inject RMB 32.5 million and RMB 617.5 million by November 30, 2025 or earlier according to their shareholding proportion in Skyline Holdings, in the form of interest-free shareholder loans, to settle the loan principal of Skyline Holdings.
