Two senior executives of Hualin Securities resigned for personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company.

On September 27, 2025, Hualin Securities announced that the company's board of directors recently received the written resignation reports from Mr. Lu Xiaofang and Ms. Xie Yingming. Both individuals have applied to resign from their positions as members of the company's executive committee due to personal reasons, and will not hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after their resignation. As of the announcement date, both individuals do not hold any shares of the company, and have confirmed that they have no disagreements with the board of directors, nor any other matters to notify the shareholders about regarding their resignation. Their resignation will take effect from the date it was delivered to the board of directors. The board of directors expresses gratitude for the contributions made by both individuals during their tenure with the company.
