(representing "Jiayi Zhongyang 1st Private Equity Securities Investment Fund", hereinafter referred to as "Jiayi Asset"), Mr. Zhao Wenlin intends to transfer his 9.7927 million shares of company's unrestricted circulating stock, accounting for 5.20% of the total share capital of the company, through the agreement transfer method. The total price for the stock transfer is 278 million yuan.
